4. Visiting the Warehouse
Our Huntingdon premises are primarily an operational warehouse and business office rather than a walk-in retail shop.
Visits, product collections and meetings must be arranged in advance. Please email hello@surgisim.co.uk before travelling to the premises.
5. Product Enquiries
For help selecting a surgical simulation model, clinical skills product or training system, email hello@surgisim.co.uk.
Please include:
- The product name or website link;
- The procedure or skill being taught;
- The number of learners;
- The required quantity;
- Any relevant delivery deadline; and
- Any product specification that must be met.
6. Order Support
For questions about an existing order, include:
- The SurgiSim order number;
- The name used when placing the order;
- The delivery postcode; and
- A clear description of the enquiry.
For security reasons, we may ask for additional information before discussing or changing an order.
7. Delivery Enquiries
Delivery times, dispatch information, carriers and charges are explained in our Delivery Information.
For help with a dispatched order, include the order number and tracking number where available.
8. Returns, Damage and Refunds
To request a return or report a damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect product, email hello@surgisim.co.uk.

- The affected product;
- A description of the issue; and
- Photographs where they would help us assess the problem.

10. Quotations and Business Orders
SurgiSim supplies consumers, healthcare professionals, universities, hospitals, simulation centres, training organisations, veterinary educators and other business customers.
For a quotation or institutional order, email hello@surgisim.co.uk with:

- Billing and delivery address;
- Contact name;
- Required products and quantities;
- Any quotation reference requirements; and
- The required delivery date.
11. Purchase Orders
Universities, NHS bodies, public-sector organisations and approved business customers may submit purchase-order enquiries by email.
A purchase order is not accepted until SurgiSim has confirmed acceptance in writing.
Please ensure purchase orders contain:
- Purchase-order number;
- Correct legal supplier name;
- Invoice address;
- Delivery address;
- Product descriptions and quantities;
- Agreed prices;
- Buyer contact details; and
- Any delivery or invoicing instructions.

13. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, please contact us so that we can investigate.

- A clear explanation of the concern;
- The resolution requested; and

Complaints are reviewed fairly and responded to within a reasonable period.

15. Important Product Information
SurgiSim supplies training, simulation and educational products. Products described as intended solely for simulation, education or demonstration must not be used on humans or animals.
SurgiSim does not provide emergency medical assistance, patient-specific clinical advice or professional certification through its customer-service channels.
In a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider.

Official SurgiSim customer-service communications are sent using an authorised SurgiSim or Astflick Group email address.
SurgiSim will never ask customers to disclose a complete payment-card number or account password by email.
